Our Experience
Established in 2014, Diverse Capital was founded by Steven Pearce who has more than 25 years experience in the Stock Broking, Fund Management and Capital Markets Industry. Steven has worked in multiple jurisdictions across the globe including Australia, UK, Cayman Islands and Singapore. Having worked over the years for both small and large stockbroking firms and a number of global investment banks, Steven saw a gap in the market to assist growth companies to reach their full potential. Steven has been involved in numerous capital raisings and public listings of growth companies on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX), Singapore Stock Exchange (Catalist), Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX-v) and SIX Swiss Exchange (Switzerland). Steven currently serves as a director for a number of private and public companies. Steven is currently based in Singapore.
